Rates
$160 per 50-minute session
$185 per 50-minute off-site session (your home, office etc.)

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Am I covered for psychotherapy under the R.I.H.R. designation?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Now that the Psychotherapy Act 2007 has been passed, creating an independent regulatory College of Psychotherapists and Registered Mental Health Therapists, it is likely that at some time in the future the members of the new college will be covered under such insurance benefit plans.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available under certain circumstances on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, cheque are accepted in person and all major credit cards accepted via this website by selecting "make a payment" on the home page. 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
