Tracy's philosophy is that every person, of any age or background has the power to live an inspired life. Tracy is aware of the importance of addressing the whole person while assisting others to achieve the goals and meet the challenges in their daily lives. It is with this in mind that she founded Soul Spa Wellness Studio Inc. in 2003, a multi-disciplinary Centre offering Psychotherapy, Yoga, Massage and Integrated & Intuitive Therapies. In 2006, Soul Spa expanded its reach to include Aura Boutique for Inspired Living, offering Lifestyle products, such as jewellery, Ayurvedic Teas, Candles, "Green Living" products, Books, CD's, Cards, Clothing and Gifts, Aura's products carry a message, a meaning or a philosophy which serves to inspire and reflect the values of the Soul Spa clientele. In 2007/08, Tracy's personal and professional life were completely transformed, which led her to broaden her focus and expand her practice further out into the community through home visits, writing, teaching and lecturing. Tracy's passion is to inspire Awareness on all levels - Personal, Social, Global and Environmental, but she is careful not to get too "preachy", understanding all too well her own follies and limitations. Tracy's philosophy is "Do the best you can with what you have, learn from every experience, live in the moment, surround yourself only with what brings you joy and don't take yourself too seriously - that in and of itself is enough to change the world." Working with Tracy, either one-on-one or in any of her classes or workshops, offers one the benefit of accessing her principles for Inspired Living & gives each individual the freedom to address their immediate needs as well as their infinite potential, which tends to reveal itself through experience & greater understanding. Tracy's refreshing, "tell-it-like-it-is" approach reminds us that, we all share this human experience and we are subject to all of the ups and downs of life. Even though each of us is " already perfect", we still have lessons to learn as part of our Soul's Evolution and we would all do well to "lighten up" and view life as an exciting journey, with bumps and forks and challenges along the way. We can take it in any direction that we choose. We have the power. Tracy was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. As always, her work continues to evolve. This is insane.  So beautiful and the kindest thing that has happened to me in a long time.  I read your email today in a public place and it made me tear up.   The older I get the more emotional I get but my reaction still totally caught me off guard and I had to hide behind my 5 dollar Kensington market sunglasses in an attempt to appear normal! I really am not sure how to even respond.  I cannot believe you are being so kind and generous.  I am at a loss. I have been seriously squealing on the inside all day, I am so excited!
